Londoners favourite Boris Johnson has pledged to make London a safer place following his whipping of Red Ken in the mayoral elections. Perhaps he should start with celeb spawn Peaches Geldof - who appears to have been on a one woman rampage of late.

First of all it has emerged that the knob jockey, excuse me, “disc jockey” is believed to have taken a dress from fashion boutique Victim without paying for it.

After ruining the dress (probably by being photographed in - or hanging out of - it) Peaches is said to have returned to the store to pay for the dress - albeit for a discounted price.

Now she has been caught on camera buying what is believed to be cocaine from Jonny Blagrove and Cara Burton, the same couple who supposedly gave Amy Winehouse her day in The Sun when they videoed her smoking crack.

Boris considers youth crime to be London’s biggest problem, so we’re sure he’s fit to be tied that London police can’t arrest the socialite on drug charges, as they can’t prove what it is she bought.

And since Victim decided to leak the story rather than press charges it looks like, in Peach’s case, crime really does pay.
